This role will support the OptumInsight Financial Planning and Analysis within the Provider Market. Success in this role will be dependent on an ability to successfully navigate and influence change across a matrixed environment, quickly adapt to changing priorities, and being able to summarize nuanced information in a consumable format.

If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute , as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. If you are located outside of Eden Prairie, MN, you will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interface with Provider and Analytics finance leaders and build relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and communication across the teams
• Understand Provider business drivers and metrics to assist in identification of P&L improvement
• Development and automate reporting to drive transparency and insight into the Provider Market
• Identifying and driving process improvements that simplify work and improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with P&L improvement, Provider financial reporting and forecast process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant financial analysis and solid analytic experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Hyperion SmartView and PeopleSoft experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;solid executive presence
• Ability to work in a matrix environment while positively influencing other functional areas

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
