Internal Pool Dining Services Aide - $20/hr!

Catholic Eldercare is looking for Dining Aides for our own Internal Pool group for when we need extra hands. This role pays $20/hour!! This role supports and floats to each of our kitchens in our Assisted Living settings and Long Term Care.

Schedule: The internal pool scheduling is FLEXIBLE and works well to meet the needs of your busy life! You will be required to work 5 shifts per month, two of which need to be on a weekend, and work two holidays per year. You must be available for two shift times as needed/requested: day shift + evening shift and must work all service lines as requested/needed.

About our community:

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

• Perform job duties per the scheduled job assignment to include; meal preparation, serving, dish washing, putting stock away, and clean up following all kitchen guidelines.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of Dining Services Department, i.e., kitchen, dining room, and storage areas.
• Understand the resident s diets (for NH and ADP) and correct procedure of serving all meals. Assist residents/tenants as needed during the dining hour.
• Observe and report resident s intake at mealtime as required while demonstrating sensitivity to residents needs and maintaining a kind and respectful manner.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis.
• Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs.
