YOUR ROLE

  • Executes standard operational processes with the target to (1) secure supply, (2) improve supply, (3) enable supply and (4) verify supply.
  • Ensures supply continuity; manages all critical shortages and Force Majeures avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES.
  • Alongside Supply Chain, optimizes the e2e value chain of 'demand-to-supply'.
  • Works to improve supplier service and quality level, in addition to inventory in raw materials and packaging.
  • Collaborates with the regional stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Category Management, Research and Development, Product Management, Project Management, and Innovation.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Three to four years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience; chemical industry experience preferred.
  • MBA Degree with a minimum of 18 months of proven related Purchasing experience or undergraduate with two years of related experience (preferably in business or supply chain).
  • Digital skills; Excel, Power BI, SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to independently work and manage projects.
  • Other preferred skills: Procurement / Purchasing / E-procurement / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Operations Strategic Planning / Raw Materials / Packaging / Supplier Quality / Source-to-Pay / Shared Service Center / Process Improvement / Operational Excellence / Business Continuity / Risk Management / OTIF / Delivery Reliability / Consignment

The salary for this role is $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
