+ Developing project construction schedules
+ Managing contracts and purchase orders
+ Coordinating material procurement, manpower (field labor) and subcontractors
+ Developing scope letters and project bid packages
+ Project tracking and reporting
+ Managing RFI's and submittals
+ Managing change order logs and project closeouts
+ Ability to lead, delegate and mentor assistant project managers
+ Desire to be involved in professional organizations
+ Having some background in estimating

+ Degree in a construction related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture)
+ 4+ years of Project Management experience
+ Passion for building relationships at every level (clients, subcontractors and co-workers)
+ Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and committed to excellence
+ Good written and oral communication skills
+ Knowledgeable in construction means and methods
+ Assisting in solutions to job-related issues for a win-win outcome
+ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment that can change readily
+ Disciplined work ethic
+ Having some estimating background
+ Small to Medium sized high-quality design-build General Contractor.
+ Steadily between $40M-50M per year, located in Milwaukee, WI
+ Established, been around for several decades.
+ Design-build, have small staff of architects.
+ Do carpentry and concrete (can self-perform), outsource any civil work.
+ Lots of industrial manufacturing work.
+ Average project size is in between $1M - $10M
+ Very low company turnover
