Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help develop enterprise-wide Clinically Integrated Network teams that focus on specific clinical areas/service lines such as oncology or cardiology
  • Perform network analysis and strategy development and implementation
  • Drive program design and implementation to improve quality and affordability through improvements in appropriateness and effectiveness
  • Obtain, validate and analyze data as you analyze network availability and access
  • Recommend utilization or expansion of networks for various products
  • Coach, provide feedback, and guide others

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Healthcare experience/Background
  • 3+ years of experience in Facilitation Meetings on complex topics
  • 3+ years of experience in presenting complex topics to leadership teams
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare System knowledge (CSP and NDB for Internal)
  • 3+ years of experience researching and determining root cause of data issues
  • 3+ years of experience being a positive team contributor
  • 3+ years of experience performing data analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with claims processing systems and provider data bases as well as claims system testing
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to convey complex information to others and make it more easily understood

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
