The opportunity to grow to into a leadership role may come about as they continue add employees. The successful candidate will be involved in multiple areas instead of being stuck in one area. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include participating in the following:

• Managing a variety of electronic product projects in a manufacturing environment
• Researching and obtaining product project requirements
• Reviewing specifications and engineering drawings
• Functioning as the main product project contact
• Solving project and product related problems
• Ensuring work is done on a timely basis
• Accurately gaining product specifications from customers
• Interacting extensively with customers, sales and manufacturing
• Building great customer relationships
• Providing cost estimates

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Three years of product project management experience
• Three years of experience with manufacturing design
• Three years of experience taking specifications from the customer
• Strong ability to prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes

A four year engineering degree would be preferred but not required.
