Due to recent growth, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

Job Details

• Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for industrial agriculture projects.
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
• Compute cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost-effectiveness.
• Manage multiple phases of the project including the preconstruction and construction process.
• Work directly with management and superintendents to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule and budget.
• Ability to meet with clients and prepare drawings and proposals to meet client needs.

What you need for this position

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Agriculture, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ Years experience working in construction/industrial PM role
• Prior experience with drafting and AutoCAD
