YOUR ROLE

• Achieve revenue, profitability, market share and other objectives for the brand
• Manage retail go-to-market strategy, including ownership over shopper marketing, couponing, and sampling
• Role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams including supply chain, R&D, sales and others
• Develop and Execute annual strategic plans for the brand, consistent with corporate priorities
• Actively manage short term & long-term brand P&L
• Brand lead for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
• Partner with Sales Strategy to build national and account-specific commercial strategies to address opportunities or shortcomings

YOUR SKILLS

• BS/BA (Marketing, Business), MBA preferred
• 3-5 years experience in consumer products marketing (CPG)
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; demonstrated leadership and organization skills required; collaborative, cross-functional team player. Prior people management experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills; strong financial orientation; ability to analyze research data and make decisions designed to generate incremental sales and profits
• Proven abilities to consistently drive change, challenge the status-quo and creatively deliver results within a global organization
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

The salary for this role is $116,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
