Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable/Receptionist:
Responsible for accounts receivables
Receptionist responsibilities: greeting new hire candidates, applicants and answering phones
Payroll backup assistance - submit hours
All other duties assigned
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable/Receptionist:
1 year of Office accounting experience - Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Payroll
Manufacturing or construction industry preferred
High School diploma or Associates degree desired
