Responsibilities and qualifications:
Ability to multi task and wear several hats!
5+ years experience in real estate accounting.
Bachelor s degree.
Yardi and Avid experience helpful.
Financial accounting for 50+ properties and related entities.
Monthly distributions to partnership partners.
Respond to owner and investor inquiries.
Annual budgets.
Yearend accounting for entity tax returns.
Tack loans.
Track receivables.
Payroll and HR responsibilities.
Work comp insurance review and evaluation.
Annual property insurance renewal coordination with insurance agent.
