Regional Housing Manager

Manage locations throughout the USA to develop/monitor annual budget, market property, oversee move in/outs and supervise building staff. This position also maintains appropriate records according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other funding requirements. Hybrid work schedule available.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in related field or combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in the area of multi-site housing management.
• Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs

This position will require moderate travel ability - so you must be available to travel as needed (out of state).
