Northrop Grumman is in need of a Systems Integration Manager to work at its Plymouth, Minnesota location. The systems integration manager provides general engineering expertise and operates as the technical leader responsible for coordinating and overseeing all system integration activities.

The Systems Integration Manager will operate as a working member and leader of an integration team focused on the development, maintain, and test for Hardware-In-The-Loops (HILs) and Processor-In-The-Loops (PILs). The systems integration manager ensures all PILs and HILs can exercise timeline analysis, support trade studies, support system validation, and requirement verification for weapon systems.

The systems integration team managed by the Systems Integration Manager ensures systems integration is exercised at the onset of programs and remains proactive to ensure integration activities are conducted through the development lifecycle.

The systems integration manager ensures all systems integration programs adhere to the technical, schedule, and cost constraints defined by program stakeholders.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of Engineering experience.
  • Systems Integration Experience
  • Datalink Communication Systems experience
  • Internet of Things System Design Experience
  • Experience with requirement-based testing
  • Experience creating and managing a program to compliance matrices
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience creating systems integration assets (HILs and PILs)
  • Experience with Requirements Management Tool
  • Experience with Change Management Tools
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in defense and/or aerospace strongly preferred
  • Experience with Teamcenter Systems Engineering and/or DOORS
  • Experience with Cameo System Modeler
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Engagement in 1-2 professional engineering organizations
  • At least 2 years of direct management of Engineering teams
Salary Range: $114,200 USD - $171,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
