The Office of Admission is seeking an organized, energetic, creative and collaborative team member to serve as Transfer Admission Counselor. This role assists in planning and implementing recruitment activities for transfer students. Primary responsibilities include developing and managing recruitment programs, conducting campus visit interviews with prospective students and family members, and managing a recruitment territory consisting of travel to college fairs and college visits.

- $41,000+ Minimum Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree
- One year related experience
- Exceptional written, interpersonal and presentation communication skills
- Strong customer service experience/skills
- Demonstrated experience establishing rapport and building relationships
- Ability to effectively and efficiently plan and execute projects simultaneously
- Innovative, energetic, and committed to working in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in the student body
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
