Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer

Role: Perm Role

Salary: ??22,000 per year

Hours: 9:00am-5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Middleton

We are looking for an on-site Resourcer to work closely with the Recruiter & Account Manager for our client, an established sportswear merchandiser, based in Middleton. You will be supporting our client through peak: Sourcing, screening and registering candidates for a variety of roles.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Should be articulate & a good communicator
  • Be proficient in using a computer (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Well organised, confident and have a polite telephone manner
  • Be self-motivated and flexible

    • THE ROLE:

  • Monitoring applicants for all current vacancies
  • Interviewing candidates and establishing the best role that meets with their skills, experience and expectations
  • Registering candidates on-line and face to face
