Product Management Specialist

Participate in the planning process for both short- and long-term projects.
Assist in the stage gate product development process and strategy.
Assist in product roadmap development, and ensure Team is adhering to short- and long-term goals.
Assist with competitive strategy for product lines.
Assist with price list maintenance.
Assist with product specification creation and maintenance.
Champion of the product information management system.
Perform research and development of new and existing products and marketing trends.
Support the Team in decision-making processes.
Create and implement timelines for product launches, and ensure established timelines are met.
Promote Company Core Values.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate Degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields or work experience.
Solid background in providing support to all levels of Management.
Data-driven and have prior analytical experience.
Strong understanding and utilization of confidentiality.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
Basic understanding of marketing strategies and product positioning.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
