Role Specifics

Shift: Part-Time/Full-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday and E/O weekend availability

SCHEDULES WILL BE PROVIDED 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE

Location: North Metro, MN

Rate of Pay: $20/hour!

MUST:

Be available to work Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
E/O Weekend availability
Have a valid driver's license, insurance, reliable vehicle to drive

Direct Support professionals (DSP's) work with individuals with disabilities to help them gain skills and more independence in areas such as communication, cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, personal safety, health, and recreation.

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Have a valid driver's license, insurance, reliable vehicle to drive to locations across the twin cities
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company.
