ProEx Food LLC is currently seeking a Parts Manager to join their team in Menomonee Falls, WI 53051
Who we are:
ProEx Food helps food processors solve for labor and food safety obstacles by bringing equipment, robotic automation and other technologically innovative solutions to food production plants, from infeed through processing through final packaging. We specialize in fruit and vegetable processing solutions.
ProEx Food, LLC designs, engineers, sources, integrates, and installs equipment and turn-key line solutions for food processors around the world, using a combination of in-house and globally sourced equipment and technologies.
About the role:
Seeking a highly motivated Global Parts Manager to deliver high quality parts/service with a fast turnaround.
What you'll do:
1. Develop a database of parts with sourcing information
2. Create parts lists for equipment types
3. Create processes to support engineering, quoting, and delivery of parts and services
4. Execution:
a. Develop global strategy for parts sales
i. Staffing
ii. Marketing
iii. Selling
iv. Sourcing
v. Warehousing / Stocking Levels
b. Either receive orders from internal salespeople OR create new orders through direct selling
c. Work with engineers to gather information and quote parts
d. Work with suppliers to quote and manufacture parts
e. Coordinate orders
f. Create an order pack for warehouse staff
g. Organize freight for orders
h. Follow-up on any issues
Our Ideal candidate:
Education and experience
5+ years of progressive Parts Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership Experience with product line management and employee management
Detailed understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing
Mechanical aptitude is a significant plus
Bilingual (Spanish/ Polish/German) is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter w/highly motivated work ethic
Customer focus with the ability to communicate with people from all levels up to and including the CTO & CEO
Strong organizational skills and a high comfort level in computers, finance and business
Ability to read equipment prints
Fluent in English, other western European languages as advantage
