Project Manager - Security Industry

The Project Manager is an operational leader of the company responsible for the personnel a larger strategic account, typically reporting into a GM or MSS. The Project Manager is responsible for the management, employee development and engagement of all personnel in the assigned client site, as well as operational support for the account to include scheduling, payroll, compliance, post order development and performance metrics tracking, and employee recruiting, discipline, recognition, training and inspections. The Project Manager role is 100% tactical and operational. The Project Manager is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the assigned account of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.

Compensation: $33.65 / hour - approximately $70,000 Annually

Performance Metrics: The Project Manager is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld's performance-based business environment:

Manage to 2.5% unbilled overtime or less on assigned account
Year over year improvement in Employee Engagement Scores in the account
Retention of the account
Period over period improvement (usually quarterly) of performance metrics specific to the account
Personnel inspections and training of 100% of assigned personnel each month
Personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels on assigned accounts
Personally recruit a minimum of one new supervisor for your account annually
Develop a minimum of one supervisor for promotion annually
Become proficient in all company software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial, CRM)
100% compliance to the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements
Lead by example of living up to the GardaWorld Values

Job Responsibilities:

Duties will encompass liaison with the Client Security Staff at the Site. Communication with and reporting to the Client's Corporate Security Leadership.
The Scheduling and Management of 65+ officers and staff, 2300 hours per week. Overseeing operations of a 90 acre campus, 81 buildings/structures and parking lots. Implementing training and the scheduling of all new incoming personnel. Working hand-in-hand with the Assistant Project Manager to run the day to day operations on site. Utilize the Shift Supervisors to maintain communication between the Officers and Leadership and run the three shifts according to the guidelines set by the client.
Create and dispatch post orders in real time and monitor acknowledgment history for each guard. Classify post orders by Standards & Procedures. Standing Orders and Passdowns. Receive real-time notification when security guard fails to acknowledge post orders. Add video, photo or PDF files to each post order to clarify instructions.
Incident Report writing and making sure that guidelines set by the client are adhered to by every officer involved. The final reports will be approved by the Project Manager before being presented to the client.
Weekly Zoom/Teams meetings with GardaWorld and the Client's Leadership. Various weekly reports to GardaWorld Leadership.
Setting up all access through the Client's IT Department to be able to use the network and permissions required for each specific task assigned to each individual officer.
