Our client is a global publicly traded manufacturer located the Fox Cities area of WI, they are seeking a Financial Analyst who will support plant accounting and monthly/quarterly reporting. This organization is very stable and growing even in uncertain economic times.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze and report weekly yield and machine efficiency.
• Engage in month end closing procedures including posting journal entries, providing financial package comments and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Apply cost analysis to new products, forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with economic calculations for new capital expenditure requests.
• Support Operations by aiding in the improvement of production reporting accuracy and optimizing MES/WMS systems.
• Ensure SOX control compliance by monitoring cycle count frequency, evaluating inventory adjustments, managing inventory reserves and investigating discrepancies between systems.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 1-3 years experience in manufacturing accounting
• Cost Accounting knowledge a plus
• An analytical mind that can help drive business results

Salary Range for this position is $60-75K plus 10% bonus potential
