$20/hr Field Supervisor (FT 3rd Shift)

Overview

Per Mar Security is seeking a qualified individual for 3rd shift Field Supervisor roles. We have full time and part time positions available. If you have a passion for security and a desire to be in a leadership role, then this is the job for you!

What: Field Supervisor

Times:

Tuesday/Wednesday OFF

3rd Shift (11 pm to 7 am)

$20 per hour!

Minimum Requirements:

Current Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Must pass background check
Reliable Transportation (frequent travel required)
Must be able to obtain a WI Private Security License
18 years of age or older
GED/HS Diploma/High School Equivalency
Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire

Job Skills / Requirements

Objectives:

Supervise team of security officers at multiple locations
Travel between locations to check on security officers and sites
Ensure security officer coverage at job sites and officer compliance based on company and client policies

Responsibilities:

Provide support for security officers during shift
Assist with training of new security officers and in ongoing training for existing officers per site location specifics
Conduct client property checks and respond to commercial building alarms
Collaborate with clients and Per Mar staff to ensure operational success
Communicate with clients and Per Mar Operational Managers regarding incidents and security officer coverage
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Provide security in situations where coverage is not available

Preferred Qualifications:

Skilled with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
Previous security experience
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to write clear and concise activity and incident reports
