Communication and interactions with residents, families and health team members are an essential component of this position in order to assure resident safety and well-being. The RN plans, assesses, supervises and evaluates care of each resident while assuring resident safety at all times. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing, and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.
