Position Summary: The Landscape Foreman is the front line leader in the performance and delivery of high quality landscape installations. The Landscape Foreman directs and supervises daily labor and material resources of the construction project to ensure safety, quality, schedule and budgetary goals are met.

THIS POSITION IS SPECIFIC TO SHRUB AND TREE PRUNING AND FINE GARDENING, YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR PLANT MATERIAL, HOW TO PRUNE TO PROMOTE GROWTH FROM WITHIN AND THE ABILITY TO MANAGE AT LEAST 2 TO 3 PEOPLE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEASONED PRUNING PROFESSIONAL.

The Landscape Foreman directs and supervises daily labor and material resources of the construction project to ensure safety, quality, schedule and budgetary goals are met.
Additional required Skills:
- Degree in horticulture or equivalent work experience
- Possess a valid Illinois driver s license
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift 30 pounds, work outdoors in all types of weather, and handle extended schedules seasonally
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
