The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include participating in the following:

Interfacing directly with customers

Working through customer issues

Working through production issues

Working through supplier issues

Acting as the lead on fixing quality issues

Ensuring procedures are being followed

Ensuring customer requirements are being met

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

A four year engineering, manufacturing, quality or related degree

Five or more years of experience managing the quality function in a manufacturing setting

Possess an understanding of electrical engineering

A solid work history

A US citizen or possess a green card

A residence within 45 minutes
