The company does a lot of machine building from scratch but is also making standard products that are sold around the world. The engineering group consists of six engineers so an engineer can have a big impact. The company promotes from within. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following: Interpreting and understanding engineering drawings and documents Troubleshooting robotic and automation equipment Programming robotic automation equipment and systems Programming and integrating vision systems Interpreting and understanding engineering drawings and documents Documenting as needed Participating in troubleshooting and testing Overseeing robotic equipment assemblers The background of the successful candidate must include the following: An engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or related Three or more years of manufacturing equipment experience with robotic automation or Programmable Logic Controls Two or more years of robotic automation troubleshooting experience Two or more years of robotic automation equipment base and module programming experience Two or more years of vision system programming and integration experience Two or more years of initial setup and integration experience with robotic automated equipment Two or more years of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC experience Two or more years of experience utilizing Fronius or SKS to integrate weld equipment Experience interpreting and understanding engineering drawings and documents Possess a solid work history Being a US citizen or green card holder Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
