AP/AR Specialist
Our client is a growing Minneapolis firm seeking an additional resource on their accounting team!
This individual will be joining a fun and exciting team, they share responsibilities, and work very collaboratively.
The organization is currently implementing a new software, so an additional resource to assist with the day to day operations is key!
The Role:
Accounts Receivable - 60%
Mailing invoices, they still operate in a heavy paper process
Cash - operating a lockbox, and posting to the bank
Collections - light, no cold calls, heavy customer service approach
AP - 20%
Rotated between members, mostly utilities, claims and law offices
ME - 20%
Journal entries, reconciliations, light reporting on aged balances and credit reports
Environment -
Our client is currently 100% in the office, they do not have a vaccine requirement
Compensation:
$48,000 - $52,000 / year
