Accounting Specialist
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist:
- Reconciliations of accounts on daily basis.
- Assisting with Bi-weekly payroll (ACH)
- HR duties such as FMLA paperwork and performance appraisal process
- Responsible for Accounts payable/Account Receivable process
- Commission Calculations
- OSHA - reportable tracking and annual report
Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist:
- Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Associates Degree is preferred, but open to experience
- Proficiency in excel and QuickBooks.
