They continue to grow quickly and are opening a new warehouse in 2022 to keep up with increasing demand.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

• Compensation: $85,000-$105,000
• PTO: Generous PTO available + 9 days paid holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT MANAGER

• Be a part of the ERP, warehouse management solutions, and other integration projects
• Identifying project requirements, resources and establish deliverables
• Track and maintain project status and pro-actively communicate issues and concerns to the appropriate stakeholders
• Take ownership - join a team where you can make decisions, and run with it
• Understand the cross-functional alignment between the operations of the organization and IT

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER

• Bachelor's Degree; PMP or CAPM are preferred.
• 3-5 Years of previous project management experience including leading project teams
• Previous experience implementing large-scale, widespread software solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills
• Have a history of speaking up and providing guidance to the organization and team
