Dear Minot, we're in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our CaringEdge Home Health & Hospice team. CaringEdge is the health services division of Edgewood Healthcare, a company that's been serving and caring for seniors since 1993.
We're looking for someone equally as dedicated to the delivery of effective, evidenced-based clinical practice provided through both the home health & hospice platforms. Our teams are passionate about helping our patients maintain dignity and quality of life, by developing a communicative environment in which each individual feels comforted, cared for, and involved in their own end of life care and decision making.
This position could be full-time, part-time, or PRN
$5,000 full-time sign-on bonus
Our mission includes creating an environment and atmosphere that allows each RN independence, autonomy, and the ability to practice at the top of their license. CaringEdge's nursing teams enjoy flexible hours, control over their own schedule, and extremely manageable caseloads. This provides our clinicians with the opportunity to have a one-on-one experience with each patient, producing more effective treatment programs and delivering the exceptional care each patient deserves.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.
- Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and past illness.
- Coordinates appropriate care planning with patient and family.
- Continuously works toward discharge planning needs and goals with patient, family and interdisciplinary team.
- Effectively communicates patient and family needs to interdisciplinary team.
- Participation in on-call duties
Minimum Requirements
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Three years of experience in a home health/hospice preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/ or organization requirements and is in good working order
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
- CPR certification
