Hey Baxter , we're in search of a Registered Nurse to join our Edgewood team as the RN Manager ! In this role, you'll utilize your nursing and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team of caregiving staff, working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve. 

As a RN Manager at Edgewood, you would be responsible for the clinical oversight of an assigned group of residents' medical care plans. Additionally, you would provide manager support and training to a designated team of clinical services staff, to ensure the delivery of care meets your and Edgewood's expectations. You would also participate in completing comprehensive nursing assessments of all residents, assist in hiring of clinical care staff, and address areas of concerns from residents, families, or staff.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following: 
  • Current state RN licensure is required. 
  • Work experience that demonstrates increased level of supervisory responsibility and 3 or more years of increased responsibility in the healthcare field. 
  • Knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered. 
  • Passion and drive for helping others.
