???Handle vendor inquiries related to ARIBA supplier enablement received through email, phone call and/or service request tickets according to the internal set SLA.
???Identify supplier s post-deployment that have POs within the Ariba Network requiring subsequent Invoice processing and assist in supplier outreach efforts to encourage change adoption.
???Work with the core project team to gather and manage local procurement lead and site data for each deployment and follow up with local leads to gather necessary supplier information and drive supplier engagement pre-deployment and support supplier adoption post-deployment.
???Help to build, plan, and manage communications to prepare suppliers for upcoming change impacts leading up to each deployment s go-live and to encourage adoption based on supplier onboarding metrics post go-live.
???Assist in the facilitation of change management activities (i.e. scheduling and action items) and support supplier data and document management (file organization / categorization).
???Contact vendors to inform of upcoming change and collect additional contact information.
???Assist Catalog/Content Enablement Lead with activities as needed.

Capability Requirements
o Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while still demonstrating the ability to pay close attention to the details necessary to deliver quality outcomes on-time and in an effective manner.
o Proficiency in drafting concise internal and external facing communications and written materials.
o Experience in the corporate realm to have a general understanding of business acumen, with appreciation of business challenges and ability to obtain desired outcomes.
o Ability to exhibit good engagement and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver clear and tactful messages, tailored to varying audiences.
o Interpersonal skills to establish relationships quickly and building trust.
o Ability to effectively work in partnership with client, consulting partners and contractors.
o Results-driven with strong team collaboration skills and self-awareness.
o Ability to gather and analyze data to identify and report out on key performance indicators.
o Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
