Advanced Hires have partner with a well established family-owned company who has been around for over 100 years to hire for a Finance Business Analyst. This role will be on-site 4 days per week.

Position Purpose/Mission:
Finance is a key resource contributing throughout the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of our Finance and Accounting Systems.
Under minimal supervision, this position will work closely with Information Technology and business personnel to understand business requirements and ensure that developed and purchased applications properly function to meet business needs across the organization.
The Finance Business Analyst will consult with members of the business community at all levels to identify current operation processes, clarify objectives, interpret and evaluate business requirements and design and execute test scripts and test scenarios in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Ideal Candidate for this Amazing Opportunity will have:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems or an Associate s degree with significant related experience
5 plus years previous business experience working with end users in a formal Business Analyst role, in requirements gathering, analysis, application design and testing
Five plus years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise class ERP systems in one or more major functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable, etc. and the main emphasis of this role is in the area of general account and Financial Planning and Analysis
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information and present back to the business community in non-technical teams
Experience working with integrated systems in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with contemporary finance and accounting software
Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address expressed need
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize and document complex business processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
