Calling all RECRUITMENT experts, we've got the gig for you ! Join a fun and fast-paced team, as one of our community leaders, responsible for supporting staffing models by developing a pool of qualified candidates, building networks in order to locate qualified candidates and supporting a strong public relations reputation for the company in order to attract new candidates. This position is also responsible for coordinating, with multi-disciplined teams, the successful onboarding and ongoing retention of employees.

This is a mobile position - based out one office, but supporting and traveling between Spearfish and Rapid City.
This is not a scheduling position - you are not responsible for the clinical schedule.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma / GED required. Associates degree within a related field, such as Business Administration, preferred.
- Experience with all tasks related to recruitment including effective interview skills, customer service, and networking ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Supportive of diversity.
- Employment law knowledge.
