YOUR ROLE

  • The Sr Manager, HR Projects is part of the PMO in Adhesives, HR North America team and offers a unique opportunity for someone interested in learning and/or expanding their HR knowledge and growing an HR career
  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Leading and/or providing support for HR projects, actively scanning and reporting on best-in-class HR practices, creating and delivering regular updates on workforce and other analytics, and preparing strategic presentations and other communication materials
  • The environment is fast-paced and the person in this role will need to be proactive, hardworking, highly organized, and an independent critical thinker
  • Strong strategic communication skills (including PowerPoint expertise) are required
  • The passion and intrinsic motivation to analyze data and use it to identify trends, create a compelling narrative, and support proposals is essential
  • Excellent relationship building skills, a positive attitude, strong detail orientation, and an eagerness to learn are key success factors for this position
  • The role is based in Rocky Hill, CT; hybrid schedule an option


YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Passion for data
  • 5+ years of experience with project management, data analytics, and strategic communication

The salary for this role is $101,000.00 - $121,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
