Job Duties:
  • The Administrative Assistant provides sales support to customers
  • Team plays a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships by assisting customers with inquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Enter all new account setups needed for each account/ sale, process all quotations/ orders; and log all inquiries
  • Work with computer system to help maintain inventory, assist with Cycle Counts
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/tools
  • Handle questions/concerns, and work towards a resolution
  • Process customer sales orders, returns, and general account information
  • Review quotations/ orders, ERP set-up, etc. to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred: 2+ years customer service experience (both internal and external customers)
  • A positive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, written, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills (including multi-tasking & attention to detail)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Additional Info:
  • Pay is $21-24/hr. based on experience
  • 100% in office is preferred. Ability to work from home in one-off situations as needed.
  • Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
