Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Bluepeak Technology Hub Executive is a community partner who gathers and educates our customers on the latest technology trends. They will be responsible for hosting events in the Technology Hub, as well as in the community and virtually. Additionally, they will partner with the business sales team to ensure that our business customers have a space to use to host various meetings and events. Our Bluepeak Technology Hub will also serve as our community anchor for all sales and customer experience needs. If this sounds exciting, please read on. This position must be available to work beyond normal business hours including evenings and weekends as necessary.

What You Will Do:

Educate the community - host events to educate the community on Bluepeak and the latest technology trends for both business and residential customers.
Gather the community - bring the community and larger areas together for events centered on technology - eSports, streaming, etc.
Business Partner - with the Bluepeak Boardroom space, the Tech Hub Executive will partner to bring our best-in-class business services to life for our Bluepeak Business customers.
All other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

High School diploma or GED required.
Three years of sales experience required preferably in telecommunications.
Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass a motor vehicle report check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Experience with organizing events for varying groups of people, both in size and demographic.
Demonstrable community partnerships.
Competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Culture carrier who energizes, engages, and leads through continuous change.
Self-starter with the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, project, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics.
Strong collaboration with direct reports, peers, and executive leadership to provide key on-the-ground insights and feedback to support the development of regional strategies.
Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings and weekends as necessary.
