Sr Technician & Technician (Diesel Mechanic) Kaukauna, WI Starting Pay Rate of $31.30 per hour for Sr. Technicians Starting Pay Rate of $29.55 per hour for Technicians Additional $5.50 per hour for A.S.E. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, prescription insurance Disability & life insurance 401K with company match Credit union Weekly Pay Direct deposit Flex-spending acct for medical and dependent care 8 paid holidays annually Paid personal/sick time Paid vacation time Tuition reimbursement Stock purchase plan Wellness Programs Sr Technician Requirements: 5 years of experience performing vehicle maintenance Heavy-duty vehicle maintenance certificate obtained from an accredited vehicle maintenance vocational/trade school may substitute for one year of vehicle maintenance experience Master ASE certification may substitute for an additional two years of vehicle maintenance experience Demonstrated competency in repair and maintenance of Brakes, Electrical, PMI, Powertrain, and Trailing Equipment In-depth knowledge of gas and diesel engines and on-board computers Expertise in the use and operation of testing equipment, gauges and tools associated with vehicle troubleshooting and repairs Technician Requirements: 1 year of experience performing vehicle maintenance or either possess (or be within 60 days of obtaining) a vehicle maintenance certificate from an accredited vocational/trade school OR completion of the FedEx Freight, Inc. Apprentice Program with satisfactory performance Knowledge of the use and operation of testing equipment, gauges and tools associated with vehicle troubleshooting and repairs Basic knowledge of gas and diesel engines Requirements for both positions: Ability to safely operate vehicles equipped with manual and automatic transmission Proficient computer skills including maintenance programs and diagnostic systems One or more Medium/Heavy Truck ASE Certifications and Class-A CDL preferred High School diploma or GED preferred Interested candidates may apply below!
