YOUR ROLE

The Henkel Corporations 3D Printing division is seeking a Business Development Manager to support sales of our 3D Printing products.
  • The Individual will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our Key Account OEM, Reseller & Service Bureau partners.
  • The 3D Printing Business Development Manager - Western USA is responsible for the commercial sales & support of our 3D materials at existing and new accounts.
  • The candidate will manage an existing portfolio of Partners, Service Bureaus and end customers as well as actively develop new partners & customers.
  • 3D BDM's work with cross functional teams to identify market trends or business opportunities where Henkel should be aligning current or future business.
  • The BDM will manage all customer facing activity and be responsible for developing new opportunities at the customer level and working internally to bring those opportunities to commercial success.
  • Additional job roles will include presenting technical information to groups, trainings, business presentations, trade show participation and customer visits.
  • BDM's are responsible for maintaining CRM information on accounts, growing relationships within organizations, forecasting business and preparing reports.


YOUR SKILLS

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a business or technical field and/or 3-5 years experience working in Additive manufacturing with Polymer materials.
  • As the this is a commercial role the candidate should have sales or Key Account management experience ideally within the Industrial or Manufacturing Industry.
  • Experience in negotiating various business & commercial contracts and should be able to demonstrate past success of business growth preferred.
  • Ability to interact with global customers or team members in different time zones required.
  • Additional skills include use of CRM software, presentation building, Social Media outreach, Project management and business forecasting.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
