Salary: You can earn up to $65,000 + qtrly bonus plus O.T.

Our client is a growing International Food Production company that is jointly owned by two multibillion corporations. A top-notch Production Supervisor that has experience in the Animal Protein (Beef or Pork) industry and that has experience in cut floor operations (Main Break, Loin, Butt, Ribs. etc.). Knowledgeable in USDA, HACCP, and GMP requirements. Willing to work from 3 PM to 1 AM
