The Precision Technology Support Specialist (Level 1) is a professional position that is ideal for a who is interested in Precision Farming and a long-term career with CNH Industrial.

Precision Support team members will operate within small groups that are assigned to one out of five geographies across North America. They are our front-line support for our dealers in the area of Precision Technology - including Factory Fit, aftermarket and digital solutions.

This individual will work remotely and will support the Northern Region of the US (ideally North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado).

Responsibilities

Answer general inquiries related to setup and operation of Precision Aftermarket Solutions
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical concerns on products and systems using electronic test equipment and the interpretation of fault codes
Apply procedures and settings related to equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, as well as hydraulic, electrical and application performance
Take ownership of delivering a positive customer / dealer experience by closely working with technical support teams, field sales managers and regional service managers on urgent issue.
Engages with the right people to troubleshoot the problems to quickly answer technical questions from CNHI dealers, customers, or from CNHI Field Service people using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources
Build and maintain Technical Documents and Knowledge Articles for the use of both our customer/technicians in the field and Internal Personnel
Improve reliability and serviceability of CNHi products
Remain current on agricultural operational developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and working with dealership technicians.
Other responsibilities assigned to contribute to the success of the platform

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $87,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on several factors including skills, experience and qualifications for the role.)

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma with at least four (4) years of technical experience Technical experience should include: experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12 or 24 volt DC), hydraulic systems and knowledge of electronic test equipment.
Must provide high speed wifi internet access

The ideal candidate will possess

Strong Microsoft Office Suite competency
Previous experience within the agricultural industry and/or precision solutions knowledge
Ability to build and foster relationships with dealership staff
