The Industrial Maintenance Technician provides support for the shop floor to ensure equipment is production ready. This is done by sustaining a preventative maintenance plan, continuously assessing root cause of equipment unplanned downtime, and developing plans to eliminate production outages.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair CNC, Additive (3D Printing), and factory production equipment
Machine Calibration
Implement and sustain a preventative maintenance plan
Coordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairs
Assist with installations of new equipment
Eliminate unplanned down time by assessing root cause and establishing countermeasures
Maintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptime
Track data to ensure success of established KPIs

Qualifications/ Requirements:

5 years' experience repairing CNC, Additive manufacturing, or similar equipment
Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of study
Experience trouble shooting PLC's, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude.
The ability to read blueprints and execute shop math
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
