We are recruiting for an Experienced Lead Maintenance Technician!
??? Tools are provided! Valued at $800
??? Salary: From $26.00 per hour based on experience
??? Potentially earn another $2.43 per hour as a part of the Maintenance Incentive Plan!
The Lead Maintenance Technician assists the Manager in leading the daily maintenance operations for a multi-family residential property for a defined sector. They perform or assign general, advanced, or specialized maintenance functions depending on property needs and are responsible for performing maintenance of assigned properties in a cost-effective, timely manner.
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing and assisting in the direction of training, safety, and quality control initiatives for current and new Maintenance Technicians. They may be called upon to assist at other properties when workload is heavy, or training assistance is needed. The Lead Maintenance Technician will motivate the Maintenance team in contributing to resident satisfaction and retention by exemplifying our Goldmark Values every day.

Essential Job Requirements and Functions:
??? Must have a strong knowledge and licenses in at least three (3) or will obtain license(s) within 6 months. In lieu of license must have at least 3 years hands-on experience in either HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing. Business needs may dictate specific licensure requirements.
??? At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance with Goldmark and/or two years of outside experience in maintenance.
??? High School Diploma or GED.
??? Ability to communicate and influence work direction to multiple site Maintenance Technicians.
??? Demonstrated support for Goldmark maintenance procedures and policies.
??? Must have valid driver s license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements.
??? Must be able to lift, carry or move 20 to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and on occasions up to 100 pounds.
??? All offers of employment are conditional, based on the successful completion of the pre-employment process which includes a criminal background check along with a motor vehicle record check.
