Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Architect Engineer for our Plymouth, MN location.

Position Summary:
Staff Systems Architect Engineer will support the Precision Weapons Operating Unit. Duties will include the leadership of multi-disciplinary technical teams, internal and external technical communications with stakeholders, support of Business Development presentations and development of proposals and SOW development for both customers and vendors. Candidate should be able to find order with ambiguous requirements and be comfortable adapting to developing customer and business objectives.

Required Skills:
  • 14 Years of experience with BS; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD in Engineering.
  • Prior experience leading technical teams in a lead or management capacity.
  • Previous experience interacting with client groups internal or external.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Able to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $149,000 USD - $223,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
