In this role, you will serve as a technical human resource systems point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows; all focused on human capital . This role collaborates with the Talent Management, Talent Acquisition (including Job Profiler, Recruiting & Onboarding), Talent Development, Employee Experience, Learning CoE and HR Business Partners to integrate programs and processes and share HR insight from HR analytics results.

Role & Responsibility

System & User Support
  • Support user adoption of the human resource system (SAP/SuccessFactors) and conduct training for new hires (HR / Managers / Employee training) on system capabilities and processes.
  • Support process deployment and HR analytics for Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Compensation planning, Employee Lifecyle Feedback, among others.  Support user adoption of the HR system(SAP/SuccessFactors) and conduct (support) training for new hires (HR / Managers /Employee training) on solution capabilities and processes.
  • Provides end user support and training to the SME’s, functional users and/or managers for HR systems, including researching and resolving related problems, unexpected results or process 

 
Process Improvement, Data Integrity, Reporting & Issue Resolution
  • Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy to improve company processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
  • Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries using qualitative and quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Helps maintain data integrity, integration and eligibility in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and metrics in response to business needs. 

 
HR Data Analytics
  • Pull, compile, arrange, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce insights with internal and/or external workforce information.
  • Analyze and derive meaning from people-related data to help business partners make informed data-driven decisions.
  • Create and administer surveys using internal software, including coding and analyzing responses from employee surveys.
  • Consult with HR on insights, measurement, and data storytelling best practices.
  • Fulfilling HR customers’ ad-hoc data and analysis requests.
  • Analyze and identify trends in reports and dashboards to assist in insights delivery, problem solving, and analysis.
  • Design and develop data insights presentations, dashboards and scorecards to share analysis of talent and program metrics and present findings to various stakeholders.  Assist in the facilitation of feedback and action planning sessions to drive organizational improvements. 
  • Create and implement foundational people analytics tools and practices to measure and quantify effectiveness of our people programs and overall organizational health  
  • Manage vendors and reporting for assessments and other licensed materials and subscriptions   


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field
  • Travel Required:
  • Experience Required: 5>7 years of HR, HRIS or IT support with HR background
  • Experience with general HR
  • Experience providing operational support for Application issues. 
  • Experience with enterprise class Infrastructure and/or applications preferred (SAP/SuccessFactors).
  • Computer, MS office (strong excel), Power BI, HRIS(SAP/SuccessFactors), Qualtrics, Customer Services.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
