Our goal is to be the trusted partner of choice and therefore we require a new global key account manager to facilitate this journey.

YOUR ROLE

  • The Key Account Manager is member of a global cross functional team, driving sales growth in the Americas at Henkel's Power and Industrial customers.
  • Formulation and execution of regional key account strategy (short-/mid-/long term) including an ambitious annual revenue plan and long term target plan.
  • Regularly Updates of the Key account strategic plan, 5 year strategic business plan and annual forecast/execution.
  • Providing strategic plan presentations to Henkel and customer executives.
  • Responsibility for regional revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overall customer satisfaction.
  • Providing clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel team(s) regarding regional account strategy, team member responsibilities and expectations.
  • Driving execution of key priorities and customer sales projects / opportunities.
  • Translating customer's strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline.
  • Developing influential network on all key levels and dimensions with a focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's in engineering, Science or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management/technical service with in technical sales and solution selling is required.
  • Previous experience in specialty formulated materials.
  • Experience in marketing and strategy is beneficial.
  • Highly systematic and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong skills leading cross functional project teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is beneficial but not required.
