Great Lakes Roofing Corporation is looking to immediately hire multiple experienced Commercial Roofers /Repair technicians to assemble a new crew at our Germantown branch.
Our commercial roofers enjoy putting pride into their work. Every day and every project are unique - so no two days are ever the same. We enjoy working with our hands in a casual, self-driven setting. Our dependable Crews work hard at roofing Monday through Friday, then spend nights/weekends enjoying their favorite hobby and time with their family. That could be you!
Low Slope Commercial Roofer Responsibilities:
Commercial Roofers install and/or repair roofs on commercial/industrial structures like stores, schools, manufacturing facilities, etc. This role also includes the removal of roofing systems, job site cleanup, and more.
Low Slope Commercial Roofer Requirements:
Enjoy working outdoors in a team environment
Have the mobility to stand, bend & kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
No fear of heights or confined spaces & be confident climbing ladder
Ability to repeatedly lift 55 pounds, handle materials, ladders, and tools
Knowledgeable about safety requirements and capable of complying with guidelines

95% of the time we are working on flat roof projects
We offer excellent pay including quarterly bonuses
Year-round work and full-time employment-typical work week is Monday thru Friday
Benefits plan including medical insurances and paid time off (after 90 days)
PAID TRAINING & MERIT BASED PAY INCENTIVES, earn up to $28/hour.
