Designer Smiles has an opening for a front desk patient care coordinator. This position is one of the faces and voices of our office, so we need someone who is sharp, dependable, compassionate, energetic, and dynamic. We need someone who can work within guidelines and yet think outside the box when necessary. Someone who values learning. Someone who can adapt to constant changes while providing exceptional patient care.

Some of what you’ll do

• Organize, confirm, and process patient check-ins/check-outs and adapt for any changes
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Verify and update patient information, including insurance
• Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
• Contact patients to fill schedule and meet daily goals
• Present and explain financial arrangements to patients
• Run daily reports, making sure to follow checklists and established systems
• Make patients feel heard, while working within protocols and guidelines
