Job Description: At Regions, the Talent Acquisition Partner provides full life cycle recruiting for all business units across the footprint within the Bank. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, as well as planning/coordinating interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, one should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Partner will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs. Primary Responsibilities + Partners with hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) Partners to get a clear view of their hiring needs + Coordinates a targeted sourcing strategy utilizing various tools such as, internet, social platforms, internal database and professional networks + Identifies new and creative ways to source candidates + Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, in person interviews, and assessment + Responds and communicates in a timely manner to all candidates, partners and hiring managers + Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility + Offers guidance and facilitate the offer process through to its completion + Assists with the candidate's transition and onboarding process + Networks and build long-lasting candidate/client relationships + Maintains ongoing personal/professional development + Supports the high volume/non-exempt recruiting needs of the organization and/or shares in the responsibility of supporting multiple corporate business units This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field + Five (5) years' experience in related HR field or five (5) years' experience in recruiting + Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods Skills and Competencies + Business acumen and market insight + Client focused along with relationship building skills + Effective negotiation and influencing skills + Excellent communication skills + Interpersonal skills + Solid understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes + Strong organization skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time + Understanding of general recruiting metrics Additional Job Description The Talent Acquisition Partner will support Mortgage Sales. This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. _The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position._ Job Range Target: _Minimum:_ $48,697.50 USD _Median:_ $76,780.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
