TTEC is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Digital Financial Planning & Analysis team.

This team will help build out our ability to assimilate these new divisions, integrate into standard processes, and build out a scalable, sustainable model to support the business.

What you will be doing:
Under general direction, the role is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analyses and reporting to operational business leaders and financial forecasting for assigned programs.

What you will bring to us:

  • Provide oversight, guidance, and strategic insight for specific areas of our Digital practice.
  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing the Annual Operating Budget and Quarterly forecasts for supported business units.
  • Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly reporting packages with review of key metrics, business drivers and trend analysis identifying variances to budget and historical comparisons for Senior Management.
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc global/regional reporting and analytics as needed.
  • Continuously assess where there are opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to work with existing reporting packages but also assess and improve outputs and highlight potential efficiencies. Has experience with supporting reporting processes but demonstrates solid understanding of analytics and able to work on newer areas of focus, having experience in statistical analysis is essential.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the impact of problems across the organization and facilitate a collaborative solutions and process improvement.

What skills you will need:

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree is required.
  • 1-2 years experience in financial analysis, corporate budgets & in-depth forecasting/planning.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proven reporting and analysis experience, adept with large datasets and comfortable with statistics and modeling
  • Experience with presenting information to senior leadership and comfortable with creating a variety of visual representations of data in a digestible format (tables, graphs etc.)
  • Oracle/Hyperion experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Innate organization and attention to detail abilities with a solid analytical base.
  • Business acumen and influencing skills are essential for success when working in a matrix environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $49,000 - $75,000 annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
