Precast Erection Foreman

To fulfill that purpose, we need a fantastic team. As a Precast Erection Foreman, you play an integral role in creating the quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail oriented, and communicate effectively. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines. + Assist equipment operator, and other skilled labor when necessary + Ensure team has secured jobsite, tools and materials at end of each day. + Plan, direct and coordinate crew activities in erecting precast columns, beams, and double Tees + Work with the crew to erect the building, while concurrently supervising the work + Maintain an accurate layout throughout the erection of a building + Ensure goals and objectives of project are met within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. + Ensure workers comply with all safety regulations. Requirements + Minimum 5 years experience in precast erection and 2 years as lead supervisor. + Experience in erecting precast structures + Able to read and interpret construction blueprints.
