Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid Work Model

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst/SFA to join our client's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you provide the financial analysis and support related to operating expenditures, revenue and capital investments. Successful candidates for this role will need strong finance & accounting skills, interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong Excel and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects designed to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of pricing


• Prepare and track monthly revenue and expense forecast.


• Manage headcount forecast and open requisitions.


• Help finance team track and develop revenue KPIs.


• Ensure and maintain forecast data accuracy and integrity at all times.


• Provide financial support for tracking and forecasting performance against budgets.


• Develop budget/forecast review presentations, Excel models, and ad-hoc analyses for the business.


• Provide detail support for management discussion and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field


• Minimum 3+ years financial analysis experience


• Software experience with Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency


• SAP or other ERP experience preferred


• Experience with P&L analysis and spreadsheet modeling


• Exceptional business partnering skills
